What I love
Happy accidents-When you turn a page or put something down and it all just comes together.
Wax-The smell, the feel, the look.
Almonds- Separating the marzipan from the yucky icing on a cake.
Sitting and remembering- The feeling when something just pops back into your memory, I wish you could bottle that.
Beetroot- Pulling them out of the ground, then roasting them with orange.
Dimples-On the biggest smile in the world.You can't help but grin back.
When all the work is done and an exhibition is ready to hang
